Iceland : A Taste of Scenic Iceland

This tour takes you to some “must see” sights of Iceland.

Visit the northernmost capital in the world, where during the months of October to April the majestic Northern Lights may be visable. Iceland’s oldest settlement is now a modern and vibrant city with a wide selection of restaurants, nightclubs, discos etc. Reykjavík's first settlers came in the late ninth century and the first settler was Ingólfur Árnarson who gave the place its name Reykjavík, meaning “Smoky Bay”, because of its hot springs, now used to heat the houses and the many outdoor swimming pools. Three nights are based at a good hotel or guest house in Reykjavík.
